friend,we make the earring straight point of view picture only for taken picture better to let customer look more clearly,also can found we also have other point of view from the product ,it's not straight. and we can agree refund based on earring broken or other quality problem,but this not quality problem,the actural goods is same as the picture,you can't because think it's not straight as quality problem,so we can't refund,wish understand friend
